Ingredients:
- 1 baguette
- About 14 Macroom Buffalo Bocconcini
- 1 pack of Cherry tomatoes
- Some basil leaves
- A few black olives
- Olive oil
- Balsamic cream
Method:
Cut the baguette in 6 pieces, drizzle with Olive oil and toast lightly. Arrange Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and top with the basil leaves and black olives. Drizzle with Balsamic cream.
